AURA was founded not simply as a beauty salon or spa, but from a philosophy centered on the health of the skin and body.

Skin is not merely about appearance. It reflects the body’s balance, recovery, lifestyle, and accumulated daily habits. Skin and body that have become exhausted by climate, environment, and stress can regain their natural strength again.

Before founding AURA, She spent approximately 14 years in the Korean tech industry, planning and operating projects and services in the women’s health and wellness sector. Through this work, she had long been utilizing AI-driven systems, data-based analysis, and personalized approaches to better understand women’s lifelong health patterns and lifestyle cycles. These years of experience naturally became the foundation of AURA’s philosophy.

Rather than focusing on aggressive stimulation or temporary changes, AURA believes in creating a healthy environment where the skin and body can naturally recover on their own. Through science-based skin protocols, personalized solutions, and gentle circulation-focused care, AURA aims to restore the skin and body in a healthier and more balanced direction.

Every treatment protocol is individually customized based on skin condition, sensitivity, barrier health, and lifestyle factors. Particular attention is given to restoring weakened and sensitized skin barriers, which are increasingly common in Vancouver’s dry climate.

AURA’s body programs are also not focused solely on slimming or outward appearance. Instead, they emphasize circulation-centered body care that considers lymphatic flow, body balance, recovery, condition improvement, skin elasticity, and overall circulation health together.

She personally selects Korean skincare products and treatment protocols based on ingredient safety, skin compatibility, and long-term stability. She also believes that aesthetic services such as lash extensions, PMU, and waxing are directly connected to skin health. For this reason, proper techniques, hygiene, and safety principles are carefully maintained in every procedure.
